In our factory; We meet customer demands with our 300 thousand meters monthly printing capacity with our experienced team of 130 people in our 7000 m2 working area.
The thickness of our Silk Fabrics is 5.5 mome, 8 mome, 9.5 mome, 12 mome, 14 mome and 16 mome thickness, and the width is between 90 cm and 140 cm upon request.
We have fabrics in the Twill-Silk group in 12 - 14 and 16 mome thickness.
We can produce in special mome thickness and width as per your request.
Silk fabric; It is a textile material made from silk fibers. Silk is a natural fiber obtained from the cocoons of silkworms (usually silkworms). Silk fabrics are used especially in luxurious and elegant clothing, underwear, bedding and decorative products due to their soft texture, shiny appearance and breathable properties.
Silk is a natural fiber and offers many advantages over other synthetic fibers. Silk fabrics have properties such as being able to regulate body temperature, lightness, softness and shine. In addition, silk fabrics gently touch the skin, are unlikely to cause allergic reactions.
Silk fabrics can generally be found in the following types:
Silk Satin : It has a shiny and smooth surface. It is generally used in shawls, scarves, scarves, luxury underwear and evening dresses.
Silk Chiffon : It has a light and thin texture. It has a transparent and air permeable structure and is among the light fabrics generally used in summer months.
Silk Twill : It has a diagonal striped pattern and is generally a durable and lightweight fabric. It is frequently used in silk scarves, ties and clothing items.
Silk Velvet : It has a denser and softer texture. It is used in luxury underwear and elegant clothing items.
Silk Dupion : It has a thick and rough texture that creates a natural shrinkage at the seams. It is generally preferred in wedding dresses and special clothing.
Silk fabrics are generally delicate to care for, in most cases it is recommended to wash them by hand and use special cleaning methods. These fabrics are usually high in cost but are preferred by many people due to the luxury and quality they provide.
